-
Mental toughness and focus for athletes
This process creates space for growth, reflection, and lasting confidence.
How Mentoring Works: A Proven Framework for Growth
Mentoring is a personalized, relationship based journey. Rather than offering one size fits all advice, we create a structured and supportive environment where your daughter can build skills that serve her now and well into adulthood.
1. The Assessment: We begin by gaining clarity around your daughter’s goals, strengths, and personality through thoughtful questionnaires completed by both parent and daughter.
2. The Connection: Sessions take place in a comfortable, neutral setting or on site for athletes. Building trust and rapport comes first, creating a foundation where meaningful growth can happen.
3. The Framework: Each session blends mindfulness, reflection, and goal setting with honest conversation. We focus on your daughter’s specific needs, whether that is navigating relationships, building confidence under pressure, or developing her CliftonStrengths.
4. The Parent Partnership: While sessions with your daughter are confidential, parents are kept informed. You will receive periodic updates and resources that support continued growth at home.
