1:1 Mentoring and Coaching

Personalized support for teen girls and female athletes to build confidence, resilience, and self trust.

1:1 mentoring and coaching is tailored to meet each teen where she is. Together, we focus on understanding strengths, building self awareness, and developing practical skills that support both personal growth and performance. Sessions are designed to help teens and athletes:

  • Build confidence and self trust

  • Manage pressure, stress, and anxious thoughts

  • Develop resilience through challenges and setbacks

  • Strengthen communication and healthy relationships

  • Set meaningful goals and follow through

  • Create balance between school, sports, and life â€‹

This is not about fixing what is wrong.
It is about strengthening what is already there.

Mental Performance Coaching for Female Athletes
Develop the mental skills that support confident performance, leadership, and resilience in sports and life.

Athletes face unique pressure both on and off the field. Mental performance coaching helps female athletes strengthen the skills needed to manage competition, expectations, and identity beyond their sport. Through individualized coaching, athletes learn to:

  • Build mental toughness and resilience

  • Manage performance anxiety and sharpen focus

  • Navigate mistakes and setbacks with confidence

  • Strengthen leadership, communication, and team presence

  • Develop routines that support consistency and growth

  • Balance athletics, academics, and personal life

This work supports athletes in performing at their best while staying grounded in who they are. Confidence is NOT just how you play. It is how you respond, recover,

and lead.

How I Work With Teens and Athletes

My work with teens and athletes is grounded in strengths, self awareness, and practical leadership skills.

Sessions are structured, supportive, and individualized, helping teens understand who they are, how they respond to pressure, and how to build confidence that carries into school, sports, and everyday life.

This approach supports growth without pressure and development without comparison.

A Note for Parents

Supporting your daughter through these years can feel overwhelming at times.

My work is designed to complement the support you already provide by giving your daughter a safe, structured space to build confidence, resilience, and self trust.

Parents are kept informed, communication is clear, and sessions are grounded in respect, boundaries, and growth. This is a partnership with your family, centered on helping your daughter thrive both personally and academically and/or athletically.

What TEENS are saying...

"I used to be my own worst critic. If I missed a shot or had a bad first half, I’d spend the rest of the game in my own head and that just made things worse. Working with Liz completely changed my mindset. I learned actual strategies like specific breathing cues and reset triggers to find my focus again when things get intense. Now I don’t just try to be tough because I actually have a plan to help me bounce back. My coaches and teammates have definitely noticed that I don’t let a rough play ruin my whole game anymore."
